Retainer is non-refundable/non-transferable after 24-hours of booking. Retainers hold your wedding date. Retainer start at $50 - $500 dependent on services booked. Final Payment is due the Tuesday prior to your event/wedding date. A 4% late fee will be applied after 24-hours of no payment. Payments are only accepted via Honey-books. No cash, cash-app, Venmo, or checks accepted. No bank transfers. No individual payments or separate forms of payments. All payment must be paid via Honey books.

Preview's are currently scheduled on Sunday's 10:00am - 2:00pm. Some weekday availability may be available 10:00am - 2:00pm. Preview's are scheduled 1-3 months prior to your wedding date. Any preview requests prior to booking, your date is not secure as I book on a first come, first serve basis. I do not offer bridal preview's prior to booking. You will need to book a standard hair and/or makeup appointment that will not be applied towards your bridal package. Bridal preview are reserved exclusively for booked brides and are hosted 1 - 3 months prior to your wedding date. Preview's are 3 - 4 hour appointments for both hair and makeup or 1.5-2 hour appointment for singular services. Appointments are open for previews during "down season" January-March and July-September In home appointments are scheduled based on availability and traveling. An additional traveling fee may be required for travel over 40 miles. Any parking cost must be covered or reimbursed by the client and is not covered into costs. Preview pricing includes 1 makeup look and/or 1 hairstyle with light adjustments, Additional/multiple looks must be booked PRIOR to scheduling. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your preview appointment, it must be submitted in writing within 48-hours of the appointment time. I encourage open communication and feedback from my brides with any adjustments or changes. Request for a second preview of a changed look or wanting to go into a different direction in style, will require additional payment.

Your booking is a reserved spot. After signing your contract and paying your retainer. I turn away all future date inquires for booking. Your retainer is non-refundable after 24-hours of booking. The remaining balance is due the Tuesday prior to your event/wedding date. You have up to 4 months (16 weeks) to cancel or change the services on your contract until it is finalized. Your contract is final (after) 4 months prior to your date. This date is listed on your contract. Rescheduling your wedding date or event date is at the artist discretion to accept the new date. You are breaking your contract and agreement by moving your date. Your new contract will be at artists current rates and will require an additional retainer. If I can not service your date due to unforeseen circumstances, a new artist will be assigned for your date at your current contracted rate. If I cannot find a new artist for replacement, all payments will be returned within 31-days of cancellation, minus any services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your preview appointment and we can reach no resolution after proper communication or a follow up preview appointment, I will cancel your contract with no future payments due. Your retainer will be forfeited for services rendered. Please see more details under "Preview".

If you need to remove (take away) services on your contract, you have until 16-weeks prior to your wedding/event date to remove services. Your contract is final after 4 months (16-weeks) prior to your wedding date. This date is listed in your contract. Adding on services the day of your wedding is at the artist discretion and avaibility, we can not guarantee additional services add on for day of event. If it is not listed on your contract, invoice or timeline: it is consider an "add on" service. Add on services will be charged at current rate and must be paid for prior to receiving the service. You are welcome to add on services up to 14 days prior to your event at contracted rate, if time allows for it. An additional artist will not be added to a wedding to accommodate these services. If the service(s) are not on the contract or timeline, I can not guarantee any additional services to be added. I also can not be held responsible to find an additional artist last minute to accommodate added services not originally agreed upon. I only offer one (1) VIP guest to be booked with the bride if needed, this can be hair and makeup, Hair only or makeup only. Typically it is the MOB, MOG or MOH. I do not offer bridal party services or timeline management.

Timing is listed under each service on invest page. Time duration is also outlined and listed on your contract. The correct duration must be provided to each artist to complete quality services. If your venue has restrictions on accessing the bridal suite, this must be considered and discussed prior to booking. I am not responsible for a time shortage or late bride/bridal party member or missed appointments. If you have a large bridal party and a short time duration: pricing will increase $25 per service or 20% gratuity will be added to your contract to make up the difference to bring in multiple artists. Each artist must have 15-30 minutes to UNLOAD + SET UP as well as 15-30 minutes to CLEAN UP + LOAD OUT Current time outlined: Brides: Hair: 1 - 2 hours Makeup: 1.5 - 2 hours All-inclusive package: up to 8 hours Luxury package: up to 6 hours Classic Package: up to 4 hours VIP guest/Bridal party/Attendees: Bridal party hair 45 mins - 1 hour Bridal party makeup 45 mins -1 hour flower girl 20 -30 mins

At Brandie Brancheau, a Colorado bridal hair and makeup artist under the B.Wild Makeup umbrella, it is understood and agreed that Brandie Brancheau and all artists affiliated with B.Wild Makeup will not be held responsible to clients or any associated agents for any mistakes, errors in judgment, or acts of omission performed in good faith. These actions are considered to be within the scope of the authority conferred to the artist during the service. This policy ensures that while every effort is made to provide professional, high-quality makeup services tailored to each client’s needs, unforeseen issues or subjective decisions made by the artist cannot result in liability. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly before and during their appointment to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met.

Brandie Brancheau, operating under B.Wild LLC as a Colorado bridal hair and makeup artist, requires that clients, all parties obtaining services, and any agents acting on their behalf agree not to directly or indirectly make or ratify any defamatory comments, reviews, or remarks—whether written, oral, or electronic—about B.Wild LLC, Brandie Brancheau, or any other artist working under the B.Wild LLC umbrella. This policy ensures a professional and respectful environment, protecting the reputation and integrity of all artists involved while maintaining the highest standards of service for every client.
